Albert Einstein is quoted as saying:

“Energy cannot be created or destroyed, it can only be changed from one form to another.”

“Everything is energy and that is all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you can not help but get that reality. It can be no other way.”

These two quotes mean that literally everything in the universe is energy, including us.  That is why energy therapies work.

The body has this wonderful innate ability to heal itself.  Energy “speaks” to your body and so the body gets what it needs to heal and come back to balance and harmony.

We are more than a physical body.  Our physical body is surrounded by an energy field also called a biofield – scientifically proven. We also have energy systems/channels/pathways flowing through us via a network of meridians from Chinese medicine and chakras or energy centers in the body that correspond to specific organs and states of emotions from the Eastern Practices.

When we are in optimum health (physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually), all these energy systems flow freely and in balance and in harmony with one another.  When any one of these become blocked, it disrupts the energy flow causing an imbalance to and between these systems and layers and reduces the body’s ability to heal and function on all levels.

The energy therapies Bonnie uses connects with the client’s own body’s self-healing mechanisms or own healing abilities, encouraging and supporting the client’s body to heal itself at its own pace and in its own way, removing any energy blocks, and restoring the free flow of energy in all energy systems and layers and promoting health and well-being in all areas of life.

Energy healing is intended to complement, not replace traditional medical therapies, by encouraging the body to draw upon its natural healing ability. Used in combination with traditional treatments, energy healing may help you experience more powerful results from your treatment plan.
